The ARITA stainless steel full port 3-piece body ball valve with butt weld end is designed for reliable on-off flow control in high-pressure industrial and process piping systems. The full port (full bore) design allows unrestricted flow through the valve, minimizing pressure drop and ensuring high flow efficiency.
According to the catalog, the valve body, ball, and stem are manufactured from stainless steel SS304 or SS316, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The valve is fitted with RPTFE seats, packing, and gasket, ensuring tight sealing performance and smooth quarter-turn operation.
This ball valve is rated for 1000 psi (6.9 MPa) W.O.G. and suitable for operating temperatures from -29°C to 180°C. The 3-piece body construction allows the valve to be dismantled for inline maintenance without removing it from the pipeline. The butt weld end connection provides a permanent, leak-free joint, making it ideal for critical service lines where threaded connections are not preferred.
